A place of calm and tranquility in the heart of Santa Teresa. A less than a minute stroll from the house brings you to the beach and an excellent surf spot. The four bedroom modern luxury home is designed to embrace outdoor living and harmonize with the natural beauty of its surroundings. A beautiful salt water pool helps to cool off. The home is a short walking distance to some of Santa Teresa’s best restaurants, bespoke shops and well-stocked grocery and health food stores. The house can comfortably sleep up to 10 people and is designed for a couple of families or a few couples and friends. Local concierge services and daily cleaning are included.

Welcome to Santa Teresa where it is all about the beach - world class warm water surfing, tide pools to explore, an endless beach for walking and spectacular sunsets to end your day. There are also fabulous ocean front yoga studios, deep-sea fishing, mountain biking, horse back riding, whale watching and a national park to explore (Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve). You will enjoy some of the most delicious food from all around the world prepared by an international community who have chosen Santa Teresa as their home. CasaMAR is in the perfect location to explore it all. The weather and the water are warm year round. The average high is 88-92F/31-33C. During the green season (May to October) guests can often expect clear mornings with afternoon showers. It's dry other times of the year.
